Meditation can be a great tool for anyone but especially if you have a hard time concentrating, maybe you have ADD/ADHD or maybe even issues dealing with controlling your emotions. There are numerous benefits of meditating and even though it is mentioned a lot in trading rarely do we ever see it being really put to use.
